  • Led multiple design and deployments of Service & Procurement Management System (SPM), reporting directly to internal and external Executive leadership.

  • Global platform deployment lead ensuring delivery of regional product implementations in US, UK, Europe, South America and Asia. Prior to this project SPM had only been deployed in US and Canada.

  • Developed a scalable global product deployment strategy that balanced client requirements, product capabilities, and partner expertise that accelerated implementation and unlocked additional Client sales.

  • Responsible for Product Localization Development in 9 languages, as well as local labor and tax laws. Primary collaboration consisted of ensuring SPM Engineering integrated Client requirements with the global product roadmap.
